Shipping policy

Muni Vibes ships within the United States only.

Cost. Shipping is $6.99 flat. Orders over $50 ship free.

Handling time. The time an order takes to leave the warehouse depends on the item, so that figure is stated on each product page rather than as one store-wide number. Orders placed from Friday afternoon through Sunday are processed the following Monday.

Transit time. Set by the carrier once the parcel leaves the warehouse, and it varies with distance. We do not publish an estimate we have not measured.

Fulfillment. Goods ship from third-party fulfillment warehouses, not from premises we operate. An order containing items held at more than one warehouse will arrive in more than one parcel, with separate tracking for each.

Tracking. A tracking number is issued when the shipping label is created, not when the order is placed.

Stock. If an item sells out after an order is placed, we will contact you the same day with the choice of waiting for a restock or taking a refund. We do not substitute items.
