Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at hello@munivibes.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. There is no form to fill out and no return authorization number to chase.

In most cases we will not ask you to ship anything back. Our goods ship from third-party warehouses, and return freight usually costs more than the item is worth to us once it has been opened. Where that is the case we will approve the refund and the item stays with you. If we do need an item returned we will tell you where to send it and we will pay for the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
An order can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After that it may already be with the warehouse, so use the return process above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A photo is enough. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including consumables that have already been used and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund on the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once your request has been reviewed, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
